Homemade Corned Beef and Cabbage for St. Patrick's Day Cook With Amber

Homemade corned beef is so delicious, and you know exactly what goes into it! It's super easy but takes 5-7 days to marinate, so get started because St. Patrick's Day is around the corner! The savory deep flavor of the beef and buttery cabbage is an amazing combo - you won't regret it :)

I forgot to say how much water to use in the marinade...please use 2 quarts (2 liters). Enjoy!
