Delicious prawns pulao for all the prawn lovers out there.HOME STYLE PRAWNS PULAOIngredients300 grams prawns, shelled, deveined and cut into 2 lengthwise1½ cups short grained rice, soaked and drained2 tbsps oil1 bay leaf1 inch cinnamon stick3-4 black peppercorns2-3 cloves2-3 green cardamoms2 medium onions, finely chopped1½ tbsps ginger-garlic paste¼ tsp turmeric powder1½ tsps red chilli powder1 tsp garam masala powder1 large tomato, finely choppedSalt to taste1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves + garnishMethod1. Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan. Add bay leaf, cinnamon, peppercorns, cloves, cardamoms, and onion. Sauté till translucent. 2. Add ginger-garlic paste, sauté for 1 minute. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder, mix and cook for a minute. 3. Add tomatoes and salt, mix, cover and cook till the pulpy. 4. Add rice, and mix well. Add prawns and mix till well combined. Add coriander leaves and salt, mix well.5. Add 3 cups warm water and mix well. Cover and cook till the rice is fully done. 6.
