Passion Fruit Panna Cotta

Passion Fruit from my garden, Sweet and juicy. Use it to make panna cotta, delicious!

We need:
280 milk
180g fresh cream
30g sugar
10g gelatin sheet
6 passion fruits

**it is easier to use gelation sheet than gelatin powder. If you are using gelatin powder, you will use 10g powder + 50g hot water to dissolve the gelatin.

**With gelatin sheet, it has to be soaked in cold water for 10 minutes first, then dissolved in the warm mixture (which is about 50degree Celsius. If you mixture is cold, it is not easily dissolved)
