Wishing you a very Holi. In Holi we normally drink Thandai. I bring to you this unique Halwa made from bread and Thandai that can be prepared in minutes. This delicious and flavorful.

Ingredients
• Bread slices 6
• Thandai syrup 1 cup
• Khoya 3-4 Tbsp
• Ghee 3-4 Tbsp
• Assorted nuts 3-4 Tbsp
• Milk ¼ cup

Method
1. Take Bread sclices remove the sides and cut into cubes.
2. Heat ghee in a pan and add bread cubes, assorted nuts, Thandai syrup, milk and Cook for 2-3 mins
3. Add khoya mix well and cook for another 2-3 mins
4. Remove from heat and transfer onto a serving plate.
