Mix, then add cold butter.Break the egg onto this mixture, and add vanilla essence. Mix with a hand mixer, and gradually add 1 cup milk. Mix again, then roll out the dough on a board and flatten it. Once flat, use cookie cutters to get your desired shapes. Preheat the oven at 180 C. Place the cookies on a baking parchment spread on your oven tray.Bake in the pre-heated oven for 10 minutes at 180 C. Take the cookies out after ten minutes, let them cool. Icing Ingredients -Four food colours (of your choice) 20 tbsp milk 20 tbsp icing sugarIcing Method - Put food colour in four separate bowls. Add 5 tbsp milk to each bowl, then 5 tbsp icing sugar to each bowl.Mix well. Splatter the mixture over the cookies.You're done!
