HOKKAIDO CHEESE STEAMED CAKE | I don’t need to buy bread anymore! Perfect copy cat recipe! | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

Today I'm going to be making Hokkaido cheese steamed cake.
It's a very popular product made by the biggest manufacturer in Japan.
It looks like a soufflé cheesecake but the texture is a little bit more dense and heavy, and consider it as bread in Japan. So we eat it as lunch or snack.

I want to make it at home so I checked the ingredients at their website and I successfully recreate it at home after the 3 trials!

6 cakes
2 slices (36g) processed cheese
20g cream cheese
60ml whole milk
20g vegatable oil
40g sugar
40g all-purpose flour
1 large egg
