First foodie post for a while.If you hate food waste like me, this pasta sauce is a great way to use up veggies that would otherwise go off and also to sneak extra veg into your kids' food. My little lovelies won't eat peppers no matter what I try.. unless they're hidden!It's also a great recipe to batch cook. This made four portions. Three of which are now in the freezer as a gift to my future self.
