INGREDIENTS:

6-7 slices of large zucchini
2 cups bread crumbs
2 tbsp chopped oregano, thyme, and basil (half for marinade, half for bread crumbs)
1 garlic clove, crushed
3-4 tbsp olive oil
1 whole vine ripe tomato, sliced
2-3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
salt and black pepper to taste
