Ingredients for Brownie:
Dark chocolate 200 g
Butter 1 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
NESTL MILKPAK Full Cream Milk (Warm) 1 cup

Ingredients for Chocolate Ganache:
Dark chocolate 200 g
NESTL MILKPAK Whipping Cream 1 cup

Ingredients for Assembling:
Prepared brownie
Chocolate ganache
NESTL MILKPAK Whipping Cream 1 pack
Walnuts (chopped) as required
Sprinkles as required

Directions for Brownie Preparation:
1. In a bowl add dark chocolate, butter, sugar and melt it on double boiler until chocolate melts. Mix it well.
2. Now in the same bowl of prepared chocolate mixture add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and mix it well.
3. Add NESTL MILKPAK Full Cream Milk, vanilla essence and mix it again.
4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking mold lined with butter paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180C 15-20 mins. Take it out of the oven and set aside. Let it cool at room temperature.
Directions for Chocolate Ganache Preparation:
5. In a bowl add dark chocolate, NESTL MILKPAK Whipping Cream and microwave it for a minute. Mix it well until chocolate melts. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
6. In a bowl add NESTL MILKPAK Whipping Cream and beat until fluffy and stiff peaks form.
Note: Chill the cream overnight in the fridge and whip it with an electric beater.
7. Spread the whipping cream on prepared brownie and refrigerate it for half hour.
8. Now pour prepared chocolate ganache on top, decorate the dessert by piping out whipped cream on the sides of the dessert.
9. Add chopped walnuts and sprinkles on top and serve. Your Brownie Dessert is ready.
