HEALTHY,TASTY & EASY OATS MULTIGRAIN VEGETABLE PANCAKE #ओट्स मल्टीग्रेन वेजिटेबल पैनकेक | VAPURDA KITCHEN

Hello Friends,

Eating and staying healthy is a part of our life for happy and cheerful living, however when we think of cooking healthy food we most of time fall short on ideas of what to cook. As healthy eating comes with a price tag for middle class family's.

So this recipe is one out of all the healthy food's out there, As Ingredient's used in this recipe is most of the time available in our Indian home, And very cheap on your pocket too.

Ingredient's :-

* 1/2 cup oats
* 1/2 cup jowar flour
* 1/2 cup maze flour (makai)
* 1/2 cup ragi flour (nachni)
* 1/4 cup chopped french beans
* 1/4 cup chopped carrot
* 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
* 1/4 cup chopped capsicum (shimla mirchi)
* 2-3 chopped green chile
* 1 tbl spn minsed ginger
* 1 tbl spn white sesame seed (white til)
* 1/4 tspn chat masala
* 1 tbl spn pink salt (as per taste)
* 1 tbl spn chopped green coriander
* 1/2 cup buttermilk (chaas)
* 1/2 cup water
* oil as per requirement

Method :-

* Dry roast oats for 5-7 mins and keep aside, once cooled blend into powder.
* Dry roast all 3 flour for 10-12 min on slow flame and keep aside.
* saute all vegetables in 1 tbl spn oil.
* In a bowl add the oats powder,all 3 flour,sauted vegetables,ginger,salt,chat masala,green chile,white sesame seed, green coriander,butter milk and mix.
* Add water as required.
* Once mixed well the keep aside for 20 mins.
* After 20 mins start making pancakes.

*****Serve with any chutney of your choice,curd, tomato sauce or eat plain.*****
