This delicious soup is a great start to any meal!HEALTHY WONTON SOUPIngredients 6-8 wonton sheets¼ cup chopped cabbage1-2 stalks spring onion greens, finely chopped½ medium green capsicum, finely chopped6-8 French beans, finely chopped1 medium carrot, finely chopped1 tablespoon soy sauceWhite pepper powder to tasteSalt to taste2 cups vegetable stockMethod1. Combine cabbage, spring onion greens, capsicum, French beans and carrot in a bowl and mix well. Add soy sauce, pepper powder, salt and mix again.2. Take each wonton sheet, fill in some vegetable mixture, apply some water on the edges, seal the edges and shape into wontons.3. Heat vegetable stock in a non-stick pan and bring to boil. Add salt and pepper powder and mix well. Reduce heat and add vegetable wontons and cook for a minute.4.
