Tortilla Wraps With Bologna And Veggies:
Ingredients for sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp Oregano (dried)
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Salt to taste
1 tsp Lemon juice
Ingredients for filling:
2 Tortilla
6 K&N’s Bologna slices
1/4 cup Onion (julienne)
1/4 cup Tomatoes (julienne)
1/4 cup Cucumber (julienne)
1/4 cup Capsicum green (julienne)
1/4 cup Yellow bell pepper (julienne)
2-3 Green chilies
1/4 cup Red cabbage
Ingredients for salad dressing:
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Tabasco sauce
4 tbsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Hot sauce
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Garlic powder
Directions for sauce:
1. In a bowl add mayonnaise, oregano, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2. Whisk all these ingredients until well combined. Your sauce is ready. Set aside.
Directions for salad dressing:
1. In another bowl add soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar syrup, hot sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar and garlic.
2. Whisk all these ingredients until well combined. Your dressing is ready. Set aside.
3. Add onion, cucumber, tomatoes, capsicum, yellow bell pepper, green chilies and red cabbage in a bowl.
4. Pour prepared salad dressing on it, mix well and set aside.
Assembling:
1. Prepare the K&N’s Bologna Slices as per the instructions on pack.
2. Take tortillas and spread mayo sauce evenly.
3. Place K&N’s Bologna Slices and top it with prepared salad.
4. Drizzle some more mayo sauce on top, roll it and serve.
