Breakfast can be made easy, healthy and delicious with this decadent crumble prepared with the goodness of oats and strawberries.
HEALTHY STRAWBERRY CRUMBLE

Ingredients

10-12 fresh strawberries
2 tsps lemon juice
3 tsps honey
¾ cup rolled oats
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
½ tsp cinnamon powder
2 tbsps chopped walnuts
2 tbsps chopped almonds
2 tbsps brown sugar
½ tsp vanilla essence
¼ cup coconut oil
Halved strawberries for garnish

Method

1. Preheat oven at 180ºC.
2. Quarter the strawberries and transfer in a bake proof dish. Drizzle lemon juice, honey and mix well.
3. Transfer oats in a bowl. Add whole wheat flour, cinnamon powder, walnuts, almonds, sugar, vanilla essence and coconut oil and mix well.
4. Sprinkle this mixture over strawberries and bake for 35-40 minutes.
5. Garnish with halved strawberries and serve warm.
