HEALTHY STRAWBERRY CRUMBLEIngredients10-12 fresh strawberries 2 tsps lemon juice3 tsps honey¾ cup rolled oats1/3 cup whole wheat flour½ tsp cinnamon powder2 tbsps chopped walnuts2 tbsps chopped almonds2 tbsps brown sugar½ tsp vanilla essence¼ cup coconut oilHalved strawberries for garnishMethod1. Preheat oven at 180ºC.2. Quarter the strawberries and transfer in a bake proof dish. Drizzle lemon juice, honey and mix well.3. Transfer oats in a bowl. Add whole wheat flour, cinnamon powder, walnuts, almonds, sugar, vanilla essence and coconut oil and mix well.4. Sprinkle this mixture over strawberries and bake for 35-40 minutes.5.
