1/2 cup sunflower seeds (could use cashews or whatever nuts/seeds you like/have)
1/2 cup chopped dates (soak them if theyre not fresh)
1 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup raw sugar or whatever sweetener you like or have
2 tablespoons of coconut milk
1/2 cup dark chocolate
