Healthy Corn Bhel | Diet Corn Bhel Recipe | Chef Ananya Banerjee

Every rainy season and pleasant evening demands for a special yet different kind of snack. The main premises for every snack is more or less the same, that is, the snacks are to be light and if, possible healthy. Here I am again, bring to you your favorite regular bhel but with the twist making it super healthy and tasty at the same time - the corn bhel!

This #WednesdayRecipe is worth trying and once tried, it will be all that you want to enjoy on your beautiful rainy evenings. Enjoy the awesome-mausam! Ingredients:
1 cup boiled corn
½ cup Corn flakes
1 Cucumber peeled, deseeded and finely chopped
1 Potato boiled, peeled and cut into small pieces
1 Onion finely chopped medium
2 tbs Pomegranate pearls
2 tbs Raw mango finely chopped
1 tsp dried mango powder or aamchoor
1 tsp Chaat masala
1 tsp Black salt
handful of coriander leaves for garnishing
1 tbs Lemon juice
Sev for garnishing
Method
1. Combine the boiled corn, cucumber, potato, onion, tomato, pomegranate pearls, raw mango, dried mango powder, chaat masala, black salt and salt in a bowl and mix.
2. Add coriander leaves and mix. Add lemon juice and mix well. Add the corn flex and serve immediately garnished with some sev and coriander leaves.
