Chef Kanak brings you an extremely easy to make breakfast parfait recipe that not only tastes delicious but is also very good for health.Ingredients:2 cups thick yogurt / Greek style yogurt3 - 4 tbsp honey1 cup oats1/2 cup plain cornflakes2 tbsp shredded coconut3 tbsp raisins (golden and black)2 tbsp chopped walnuts2 tbsp chocochips1 tbsp melon seeds1 tsp sesame seeds1 tsp flax seeds1/2 tsp vanilla extract1/4 tsp cinnamon1 banana chopped4 - 6 strawberries chopped1 kiwi chopped1 apple choppedMethod:- Preheat the oven at 170 degrees Celsius- In a large bowl, add the oats, cornflakes, shredded coconut, almonds and walnuts with cinnamon and mix well.- Spread this mixture evenly on a baking sheet and then put it in the oven to bake for around 8 - 10 minutes.
