Healthy And Nutritious Sai Bhaji (Spinach,Dil,Fenugreek Curry) By Veena | India Food Network

This popular Sindhi dish has all the ingredients needed for a good, healthy and nutritious diet (Spinach,Dil,Fenugreek Curry) . Veena shows us how to make Sai Bhaji in this video.

Ingredients:
1 bunch of finely chopped spinach (palak)
¼ bunch of finely chopped khatta palak
5 to 10 stems of Sova or Dil finely chopped
5 to 10 stems of methi leaves finely chopped
1 cup of chana dal soaked for ½ an hour
1 small potato finely chopped
1 small brinjal finely chopped
8-10 cluster beans (gawar) finely chopped
1 medium sized carrot finely chopped
2 to 3 inch piece of pumpkin (doodhi) finely chopped
1 medium sized onion finely chopped
2 small tomatoes finely chopped
10 to 12 cloves of garlic finely chopped
1½ inch piece of ginger finely chopped
2-3 green chillies finely chopped
2 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp Jeera powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
4 tbsp of vegetable oil
1 mug water
