BROWN CHANA & ALOO PATTIES

* IN A PAN TAKE 2 TBL SPN OIL.
* ADD 1/4 TSPN HING (ASAFOETIDA).
* 2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILE.
* 1 TBL SPN CUMIN SEEDS (JEERA)
* ADD 1 TBL SPN SESAME SEEDS (TIL)
* 1 TBL SPN GRATED GINGER
* 1 TSPN DRY MANGO POWDER (AMCHUR)
* ADD 100 GMS BOILED BROWN CHANA
* 1 TBL SPN SALT
* ROAST THE CHANA & SPICES WELL FOR A MIN.
* CRUSH THE CHANA WITH THE HELP OF CRUSHER.
* ADD BOILED POTATO ONE BY ONE AND CRUSH (USED 4 MEDIUM POTATO).
* ADD 2 TBL SPN OF CHOPPED GREEN CORIANDER AND MIX WELL.
* TURN OFF THE FLAME, COVER AND LET IT COOL DOWN FOR 15 MIN.
* AFTER 15 MIN START MAKING PATTIES, MAKE SHAPES AS PER YOUR CHOICE.
* ONCE ALL THE PATTIES ARE MADE SHALLOW FRY IN A PAN.
* YOU CAN USE GHEE OR OIL AS PER YOUR CHOICE (2-3 TBL SPN).
* FRY ON LOW FLAME BY FLIPPING, COOK FROM BOTH SIDES.
*SPRINKLE SOME POMEGRANATE & SERVE WITH MINT CHUTNEY.
