2. Onion (optional)
3. Tomato
4. Green chilly
5. Groundnuts
Salt, turmeric, red chilly powder, oil
COOKING:
1. Chop green chillies finely, chop potato, tomato, into thin slices quarter shape
2. Heat oil in kadai, add cumin seeds, splutter it, add potato fry, add salt, add tomato fry.
3. Add green chickpeas stir-fry, add water for cooking them. Let it cook on low-medium flame
SALAD
1. Fry groundnuts, remove the skin, break into half, keep aside in vessel.
2. Chop tomato into 4 quarter size, add to vessel.
3. Chop coriander leaves finely add salt, mix well the salad mixture.
