Healthier Chocolate Chip Cookies Snacks for Kids

A healthier version of my kids favourite snack; Chocolate Chip Cookies! Made with wholemeal flour, oats and reduced sugar. Perfect for an afternoon snack or to add to lunch boxes!

Ingredients:
125g unsalted butter, at room temperature
75g light brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 medium egg
100 wholewheat flour
100g rolled oats
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
50g chocolate chips
