We were invited to take part in an event that has never been done before in Cuba, to bring together many different walks of life, from entertainers, singers, artists and of course yours truly, Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada and have an evening to celebrate life and the many positive changes happening in Cuba. Our trip was quite surprising as we never have seen this side of Cuba at all; in the news, all they show is the side that's depressing and meek, while there's a side that's very happy, and festive and the local people you come across are just that, so friendly and eager to know about where you're from and what you're doing there. Our 6 days spent will not be the last as we can't wait to return soon. There are so many changes happening in Cuba as you're reading this and we can't wait to be part of this new positive revolution...
