Hashed Potato with Mochi
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
3 potatoes
3 mochi
A
1 tablespoon potato starch
Salt, a pinch
Pepper, as needed

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

PREPARATION
1. Slice the mochi thinly and shred. Shred potatoes and put them in the water for 10
minutes. Drain well.
2. Mix all of the ingredients A and (1) in a bowl.
3. Put some vegetable oil in a pan and heat on medium. Spoon (2) on the pan and
cook both sides until golden. Serve with soy sauce.
4. Enjoy!
