Handwa Recipe | How To Make Handwa (Handvo) | Tithi Snacks | Suggestion Special | Simply Jain

Handwa is a Gujarati snack that is easy, quick, filling and flavorful. It is easten during tithis like aatham, chaudas, etc. It can be made healthier by adding veggies/vegetables in it too. Try it and eat it.

Ingredients required are
2 cups Handwa flour
1 glass Buttermilk
100-150 grams Paneer
1 tbsp Salt
2 tsp Jeera Powder
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
Water as required

For Tadka
2-3 tbsp Olive oil
1/2-1 tsp Mustard seeds
Few dry Curry Leaves
1 tsp Hing
Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
1 tsp Eno Powder
