1 tsp Cumin powder
2 tsp Besan (Gram flour)
2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
2 tsp Ghee
2 tsp Oil
2 Bay leaves
3 dry Red Chillies
2 Cinnamon sticks
3 Cardamom pods
3 Cloves
Few Pepper Corns
2 chopped Onions
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 cup Curd
Puree of 2 Tomatoes
Salt to taste
11/2 cups Water
1 tbsp Kasuri methi
1/2 tsp Garam masala
250 gms cubed Paneer
Few Coriander leaves
