Ingredients(for less quantity)
Step 1
Channey chote wale 1 pao
Raat bhar bhigho ker rakhen(small chickpea 250 gram..soaked for overnight)
Masoor daal(red lentil) 1 tbs
In dono chezon ko 1 litre pani(half chicken cube dal ker) ya yakhni aur 2 tsp namak k sath pressure cooker main boil kerlen..(boil chickpeas and lentil with 2 tsp salt and 1 litre water or meat stock)

Step 2
Pani(water) 1/4 cup
Tamater(tomatoes) 1large or 2 small
Pyaz(onions ) 1 large or 2 small
Hari mirchain (green chillies) 3 or to taste
Lehsan(garlic)2 pcs
Adrak(ginger) half inch piece
Boil all together and make paste..
Aloo oble hoe(potatoes boiled) 1 large or 2 small(make paste with some water)
Step 3
Tail(Oil)1 cup
paste of tomato and onions
Paste of potatoes
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Garam masala 1 tsp(heaped)
Haldi(Turmeric ) 1 tsp
Dhania pisa hoa(coriander powder) 1 and half tsp
Daigi laal mirch( coloured red chilli)1 tsp
Laal mirch (red chilli powder) 1 tsp
Kuti laal mirch (red chilli flakes) 1 tsp or to taste
Zeera(cumin) half tsp
Meetha dahi(yoghurt) phainta hoa 1 tbs
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Garam masala half tsp
Kali mirch (black pepper) 1 tsp (bhara hoa)heaped
