I've tried the Japanese dishes at Hakata Nihon Ryori. All the ingredients here are imported from Japan, among them are the top graded pure rice used for handroll and noodles. I have tried out this Char Siew Ramen, the pork and chicken bone are mixed into the noodle to achieve robust flavour. Definitely one of the must-try dishes
