Hairtail Fish KABAYAKI
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 slices hairtail fish (sanmai-oroshi)
Flour, as needed
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
A
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon mirin
1/2 tablespoon sugar
Chopped scallions, as needed
Sansho pepper, as needed
Steamed rice, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Season the fish with salt and pepper. Dust the fish with flour.

2. Cook the fish (1) with vegetable oil in a pan until golden (both sides).

3. Add all of the ingredients A into the pan (2) and simmer.

4. Put the steamed rice in a bowl. Place the fish (3) on top. Sprinkle some Sansho
pepper.

5. Enjoy!
