Ingredients:

Maida – 500 gms/2cups
Ghee – 150 gms/ ½cup
Baking powder – ¼ tsp
Baking soda – ¼ tsp
Water – 100ml/1cup (approx)|

For syrup -
Gur (crushed jaggery) – 500gms/ 2½ cups
Water – a dash
Saunf (fennel seeds) – 1tbsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
