Gulab Jamun is one Indian dessert that is so heavenly that a hot bite of this luscious sweet easily melts in one mouth. Made simply in just a few steps, and satiate your sweet cravings during this lockdown at home with this easy to make recipe. Keeping the quarantine/lockdown situation it may not be easy to hunt for Mava/khoya in the market, so you can simply prepare at home using the following steps:

Ingredients for Homemade mava and links to products we used that you can buy
Milk - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp (https://www.amazon.in/dp/B084MJJQRL/?ref=idea_lv_dp_ov_d)
Whole milk powder - 1 cup (https://www.amazon.in/dp/B071XD3QQB/?ref=idea_lv_dp_ov_d)

Method:
1) Take a pan & add whole milk powder with milk in parts so that no lumps are left.
2) Once it is lumpse free add ghee and mix it. That's when you start the flame on a medium flame for a minute and then reduce to low flame and cook for 2 mins.
Tip: If the consistency is too liquid then add little ghee and cook for another 2 mins. Allow it to cool & it's ready to use!

250 gms Water
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
Saffron
125 gms Mava
40 gms Paneer
1/8 cup Maida
1 tbsp Milk powder
1/2 tsp Baking powder
Ghee for frying
