These are very delicious sweat balls famous in sub-continent.Ingredients:-For Balls:Dry milk 1 cupSemolina 2 tbspPlain flour 1 tbspBaking powder 1 tbspOil 1 1/2 tbspEgg 2 For Sugar Syrup:Sugar 1 1/2 cupWater 3 cupCardamom 3 pcsRecipe:-Add sugar in water with cardamon in a cooking pot on low flame, after few minutes Sugar syrup will be ready.Knead dry milk, semolina, plain flour, baking powder, oil with eggs beaten & little oil or you can use a food processMake round balls from dough through your hand palm.Fry these balls in oil on medium flame, till color changes to a light golden brown.Now take out the (balls) from oil and cook in sugar syrup on high flame for 5 mins with covered lid.Switch off the flame and let the balls stay at rest in syrup for 30 minutes before serving.Gulab jamun are ready to serve in a bowl with sugar syrup.New Accounts:Facebook: https://bit.ly/3pv1gwtInstagram: https://bit.ly/3iqZxXl
