½ cup Toor Dal
½ tsp. Mustard Seeds
½ tsp. Fenugreek Seeds
½ tsp. Cumin
1 stick Cinnamon
2-3 Cloves
1 Red Chili
½ tsp. Ginger
1 Green Chili
½ Tomato
5-6 Curry Leaves
½ tsp Turmeric
2 tsps Lemon Juice
2 ½ tsp Jaggery
2 Tbsps Oil
Salt to taste
Coriander for garnishing
