Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour: ¼ cup
Potatoes (boiled): 2
Besan: 2 tablespoons
Chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
Grated ginger: 1 teaspoon
Chopped garlic: 1 teaspoon
Finely chopped coriander leaves: 1 tablespoon
Sesame seeds: 1 tablespoon
Chopped green chillies: 1 teaspoon
Chopped spinach: 1 cup
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
Oil: 1 teaspoon

Method of Preparation:
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
- Knead the mixture into a dough
- Make medium-sized balls from the dough.
- Preheat your tawa.
- Dust your rolling board with some flour.
- Roll the dough balls into flat theplas
- Place the rolled theplas on the heated tawa.
- Pour oil on its sides and cook both the sides evenly.
- The palak theplas are ready to pack in the tiffin box.

Roasted makhana and watermelon (or any fruit of your choice)
