Sydney Yorkshire, native Angeleno and founder of What Could Be Butter, takes us on a tour of LA’s best late night food. She starts the night with two iconic LA street foods: al pastor tacos and a danger dog, a hot dog covered in bacon and then topped with all the fixings including cheese, ketchup, mustard, and a serrano pepper. Then it’s off to Cole’s French Dip, a local institution that’s been around for over 100 years. She ends the night at Pacific Dining Car, a 24-hour restaurant in DTLA with a late night menu that includes shrimp cocktail, truffle mac and cheese, chocolate soufflé, and filet mignon.Subscribe to Munchies here: http://bit.ly/Subscribe-to-MUNCHIESAll Munchies videos release a full week early on our site: https://video.vice.com/en_us/channel/munchiesHungry?
