Guava Halwa, amrood ka halwa, Jam ka halwa, Peyarar halua, fresh guava recipes dessert,

Ingredients for Halwa Amrood Halwa -

Guava - 4 (600 grm)

Sugar - 1 cup (225 grm)

Ghee - 1/4 cupCashew (chopped) - 2 to 3 tbsp

Almond (chopped) - 2 to 3 tbsp

Milk (full cream) - 1/2 litre

Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp

Beet root - 1 inch

How to make Halwa Amrood Halwa
1 - Take a broader pan boil 1/2 litre of full cream milk.
2 - Take 4 medium sized Guava, remove its stalk and chopped into larger sized pieces.
3 - After chopping, add it in the preasure coocker to boil along with an inch of beetroot piece.
4 - Boil until the first whistle blows and stir the boiling milk in intervals.
5 - Switch off the flame after the first whistle blows and wait after its preasure releases.
6 - The preasure has released so open the lid of the coocker.
7 - Pour out the boiled guavas and keep them aside to cool down.
8 - Stir the milk until it reaches to its thicker consistency.
9 - The boiled guavas are cool down, grind them to make a paste in a grinder.
10 - Switch off the flame because the mawa has coocked and it has reached to its thicker consistency.
11 - Filter the ground paste using a strainer to remove its seeds.
12 - After filtering it, preheat a pan and add clarified butter to it.
13 - Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of chopped Almonds and Chshews and roast them until they appear brown.
14 - After roasting them, add the paste to it and rost until it appears thick.
15 - Stir and roast it in the intervals and make sure that the pudding does not touch the bottom of wok.
16 - Add the coocked mawa in the pudding and roast by contineously stiring it.
17 - Roast the pudding until it appears thicker in its consistency.
18 - Thed pudding has reached to its thicker consistency.
19 - Add 1 cup sugar to it, and coock until it dissolve in it.
20 - Stir and coock to dissolve the sugar.
21 - The sugar has dissolved in the pudding and it has reached to its thicker consistency.
22 - The pudding has coocked, garnish it with finely chopped dry fruits and serve it.
