Grilled-hamburg-OKONOMIYAKI-flavor
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
150g ground beef & pork
150g cabbage (fine stripped)
1 egg
30g panko breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons milk

1/2 teaspoon salt
A pinch pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Some Okonomiyaki sauce
Some mayonnaise
Some dried bonito flakes
Some dried seaweed flakes

PREPARATION
1. Put panko breadcrumbs in the milk to soak.
2. Mix ground beef & porn, salt and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
3. Add cabbage, an egg and panko breadcrumbs (1) and knead well. Divide into 4
equal parts
4. Form 4 hamburgs. Make sure you toss each meatball to release air.
5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, place hamburgs . Make finger-dent
in the middle of hamburgs . Turn them when golden, then grill for 8 minutes with a lid.
6. When hamburgs are done, transfer them to plates. Spread Okonomiyaki sauce
and dress some mayonnaise. Sprinkle with Dried bonito flakes and dried seaweed
flakes as you like.
