Put panko breadcrumbs in the milk to soak.2. Mix ground beef & porn, salt and pepper in a bowl until well combined.3. Add cabbage, an egg and panko breadcrumbs (1) and knead well. Divide into 4equal parts4. Form 4 hamburgs. Make sure you toss each meatball to release air.5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, place hamburgs . Make finger-dentin the middle of hamburgs . Turn them when golden, then grill for 8 minutes with a lid.6. When hamburgs are done, transfer them to plates.
