GRILLED CHICKEN PEAR SALAD

Ingredients

250 grams readymade grilled chicken, cut into small pieces
2 medium pears
3-4 Romaine lettuce leaves
3-4 lollo rosso lettuce leaves
2-3 iceberg lettuce leaves
1-2 tablespoons raisins
¼ cup chopped walnuts
100 grams feta cheese
Dressing
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
½ teaspoon castor sugar
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
2-3 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method

1. Combine torn Romaine lettuce, lollo rosso lettuce leaves, iceberg lettuce and chicken in a bowl.
2. Slice pears and add alongwith raisins and walnuts.
3. Cut feta cheese into small cubes, add and mix lightly.
4. To prepare dressing, take garlic in a small jar. Add crushed peppercorns, castor sugar, salt, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, orange juice and lemon juice, cover and shake well.
5. Drizzle some dressing on top of the salad, mix and serve immediately.
