Greg and Yon make Cabbage Kimchi (Baechu Kimchi)

In this Video we bring you what is probably the most important staple Item to Korean meals and cooking, Cabbage Kimchi (Baechu Kimchi)! Goes with every meal, some like it fresh, some prefer it aged. Just the right amount of Spicy and Crunch for any occasion. Enjoy!!!
P.S. This Recipe makes about 2 Gallons. Can reduce the recipe if needed.


Ingredients:

6 Large Napa Cabbages
1 1/2 Head Garlic (~18 cloves)
2 Bunches Green Onion
2 Tbsp Chunk of Ginger
1 Onion
20 Jalapeno Peppers
1/2 Cup Salted Shrimp
1 Cup Fish Sauce
1/2 Cup Anchovy Sauce
2 1/2 Cups Ground Korean Red Pepper
1 Cup Rice Flour
4 Cups Water
Coarse Salt
