Green onion dal is an amazing side dish made with spring onion and dill leaves cooked in soft toor dal and spiced in Indian spices.

Ingredients:
Spring onions 100 g
Dill leaves 10 g
Cumin seeds ½ ts
Garlic chopped 1 tb
Butter 1 tb
Salt
Turmeric ¼ ts
Green chilly 2 n
Boiled tour daal 1 cup
Lime juice 1 tb
Coriander chopped 1 b

Directions:
First boil tour Dal in a pressure cooker but still grainy.
Heat a pan add cumin seeds dry roast this and add chopped garlic, butter, salt, chopped spring onion, dill leaves, sauté it, add turmeric, green chilly chopped, add boiled daal, cook it for some time, add the lime juice, chopped coriander, switch off the flame.
Serve this hot with roti, chapatti and rice.
