There are many variations on Green Goddess dressing, which could make a wonderful dip for entertaining, to jazz up a midweek dinner, or for your seder table dips.

Here is the recipe I used to repurpose my extra half bunch of parsley, a scallion and some basil I had on hand (I omitted anchovies). It was delicious!!!
