Ingredients for Karachi Special Green Chicken Karahi:

100 gms - Coriander leaves
50 gms - Mint leaves
5-6 - Green chillies
1 cup (as required) - Water
4-5 tbsp - Oil or Ghee
1/2 kg - Chicken
1 tbsp - Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 cup - Whisked curd
1 tbsp - Coriander powder
1 tsp - Black pepper powder
1 tsp - Garam masala
1 tsp - Roasted cumin powder
1 tsp - Red chilli powder
Salt - as per taste
2-3 - Green Chillies (slit)
1 inch - Ginger (Julien)
2 tbsp - Lemon juice
1 tbsp - Kasuri Methi
