Serves 3-4 persons
You dont need me to tell you how good, delicious, healthy and versatile Greek Yoghurt really is. Its a well known fact and all Greeks love and are very proud of their uniquely, delicious product!
Greek Yoghurt can be eaten just by itself for breakfast or snack, or used in a recipe or as side dish to enhance the flavor. Most notable example is Tzatziki Salad/Dip.
In this new, trendy recipe, I will show you a simpler version of Tzatziki prepared in 1, and equally delicious.
Suitable for lacto-vegetarians. For vegans and fasting, use a yoghurt substitute.

INGREDIENTS:
A bit more than cup / 150 gr / 5.5 oz Greek, Strained Yoghurt full or 0% fat
20 ml / 1.5 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 ml / 1 tsp. fresh Lemon Juice (or Lime)
Zest from half Lemon or Lime
3/4 tsp. dry Mint
1 tbsp. fresh Dill, finely chopped
About 20 ml / 1.5 tbsp. Water
Ground Salt and Pepper
