Greek Vegan TZATZIKI!!!

YES! It's finally here! Totally Greek and totally delicious VEGAN tzatiki

INGREDIENTS

For the yogurt:
1 cup soaked cashews
1 cup soy yogurt
Process them together until creamy

For the cucumber mix:
1/2 roughly grated cucumber
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
Put together on a cheesecloth or strong paper towel and squeeze the water out

For the finish line:
To a bowl, add
Your yogurt mix
Your cucumber mix
1 clove garlic processed with 1 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tbsp chopped dill
2 tbsp vinegar
Salt and pepper to your liking
Put your tzatziki in the fridge for at least two hours before serving it.
