Greek-Style Roasted Goat and Potatoes (Shot In Greece)

Here is a Greek style roasted goat and potatoes recipe right out of the village cookbook. Perfectly roasted bone-in goat, potatoes seasoned with the classic lemon, olive oil and oregano is the perfect recipe for a beautiful Greek inspired meal.

INGREDIENTS:

- 2 lbs. goat (bone-in)
- 2 lbs. potatoes
- 1 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil
- 3 lemons
- 2 tbsp. dried Greek oregano
- Salt & pepper to taste
