Greek Style Baked Pork Chops Ken Panagopoulos

Here's a simple yet delicious recipe for Greek style baked pork chops. This pork chop recipe takes less than an hour to prepare and looks as delicious as it tastes. Try it today, love it forever....

Ingredients List:

4 thick cut, bone-in pork chops
2 cups all purpose flour
2 roasted red peppers
Zest & juice of 1 lemon
1 garlic clove
Bunch of parsley
100g feta cheese
1/2 tsp. dried Greek oregano
1/2 cup Kalamata olives
1 cup + 2 tbsp. Greek extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Method:

Pre-heat oven to 400*f/200*c
Coat pork chops in seasoned flour and brown in 1 cup of olive oil
Chop red peppers, zest and juice the lemon, add oregano & remaining olive oil, grate garlic and mix well together
Place on top of browned pork chops and bake covered for 20 minutes
When pork chops are ready, remove from oven, sprinkle with crumbled feta and pitted Kalamata olives
Bake uncovered for another 20 minutes
