Granola recipe - Chef Ananya Banerjee

Preparing healthy breakfast can be struggle sometimes for us. Thinking what to make or what not can be difficult task for many of us and that is why i have brought an easy and healthy recipe to make 'home-made granola' for you all. You don't need to worry anymore, this easy recipe has rescued me many times when i want to heave something healthy in the morning and cannot decide what to make. Try it out and stay healthy!
Ingredients:
Flax seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Chia seeds
Melon seeds
Amaranth Puff
Rolled Oats
Cran berries
Raisins
Blue Berries(optional)
Black currents
Goji berries(optional)
Almonds
Dry fruits
Honey
Recipe: Take ½ cup of honey and 1 tbsp of oil, mix these into the seeds and the mixture we have gathered.
Take a baking tray lined up with Baking paper, spread the prepared mixture of the oats and other seeds on the baking tray.
Bake this a preheated oven for 25 Minutes at 180 degree centigrade.
After getting roasted add some Cran berries, Raisins, Blue Berries, Black currents, goji berries, almonds and dry fruits and anything of your choice.
Mix it well and let it cool down.
