How to make Pani Puri | GolGappa recipe

Learn how to make Pani Puri-stuffed canape with sweet tangy & spicy dip
Everyone's favourite Indian recipe
Ingredients:
Tamarind (imli) 200 gms
Sugar 150gms
Mint leaves (pudina) 1cup
Black Salt 1tbsp
Roasted Cumin seed Powder( bhuna jeera powder) 1tbsp

Method:
1.Soak the tamarind (imli ) and sugar with a cup of water for 3-4 hrs
or if you want to make it fast then boil it for 10-15minutes or till sugar and tamarind gets mix together
2. After 4 hours, take the tamarind pulp and mash it with fingers so that the seeds of tamarind gets seperated from pulp .
3. Strain the pulp to get rid of seeds.
4. Add mint leaves (pudina) in grinder ,add black salt and a cup of water and make a paste .
5.In a bowl, add prepared tamarind paste,mint leaves paste, add roasted cumin seed powder and ice cubes and then mix it well.
6.Add boondi into it for garnishing.
