Godhuma Rava Kichidi | Wheat Germ Kichidi Recipe | How to make Kichidi

INGREDIENTS
1. Wheat Rava - 1 Cup
2. Green Gram - 1/2 Cup
3. Capsicum - 1/2 Cup
4. Cauliflower - 1/2 Cup
5. Carrot - 1/2 Cup
6. Green Peas - 1/2 Cup
7. Tomato - 1/2 Cup
8. Green Chillies - 5-6
9. Onions - 2
10. Curry Leaves - 1/2 Cup
11. Coriander Leaves - 1/2 Cup
12. Mint Leaves - 1/2 Cup
13. Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
14. Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
15. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Teaspoon
16. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
17. Salt - 2 Teaspoons
18. Pepper Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
19. Clarified Butter (Ghee) - 2 Tablespoons

Any vegetables of choice could be used.
Heat 2 tablespoons clarified butter in a cooker.
Add mustard seeds and fry.
Add cumin seeds and fry.
Add diced onions and fry for a minute.
Add chopped green chillies, curry leaves and stir.
Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and mix.
Add carrots, capsicum, cauliflower, potatoes and any other vegetables of your choice. Add green peas and mix.
Add diced tomatoes, mix and cook for 5 minutes.
Add 2 teaspoons salt or salt to taste and mix.
Add 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder and mix.
Add 1 cup wheat rava and mix.
Add washed, soaked green gram and mix.
Add 3 cups water for 1 cup rava.
Add mint leaves, coriander leaves and mix.
Close cooker lid and cook for 2 whistles.
Open the lid after the cooker cools down and serve hot.
