Godhuma Pindi Halwa / whole Wheat Halwa
Wheat Flour Halwa is a popular sweet across North India, the recipe is a simple one to make with only 3 ingredients whole wheat flour, sugar/jaggery, and Ghee. It's super tasty and just melts in the mouth. It is similar to Khara/Kada Prasad offered in Gurudwara's. Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Flour: 1 Cup
Jaggery Grate: 1 Cup ( can be added more to sweeten it more)
Ghee: 1/2 Cup
Cardamom Powder: 1/2 Teaspoon
Water: 2 Cups

Method of Preparation:
will take 1 Cup of Wheat Flour,
Take 1 Cup Jaggery grate, add more jaggery grate to sweeten it more, and to enhance the taste of the halwa.
Take 2 Cus of Water and boil it.
Heat a pan, add 1/2 a cup of ghee and melt it.
Add 1 cup of Wheat Flour and roast till well, stirring it continuously for 10 or more Min.
Keep stirring it on low flame until aromatic and change in color.
Now, add 1 Cup of grated Jaggery and keep stirring it till jaggery melts & blends well with flour.
Then, add 2 cups of boiled water slowly without any lumps.
Add 1/2 a Tsp of Cardamom powder to enhance the taste of the Halwa.
Keep stirring it till it becomes thick and non-sticky as well.
Grease a plate with some oil/ghee and spread the cooked mixture onto the plate.
Let it sit for an hour's time.
After an Hour transfer, it to another plate cut them into pieces.
Relish the delicious Whole Wheat Halwa, garnish it with some Nuts and enjoy.
