Gobhi ka paratha-Cauliflower paratha
This paratha is an all time favourite winter special stuffed with grated gobhi. It is a tradition Punjabi delicacy enjoyed by kids and adults alike.

Parathas can be eaten at any time of the day either for breakfast or lunch.


Follow this recipe to make Gobhi ka paratha and I hope you will like it.

For stuffing -
500 gm- Gobhi should be properly washed, dried and well grated.
For dough-
2 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp oil
Water required to knead the dough.
Masalas-
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli
1/3 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp ajwain (caraway seeds)
1/2 tsp jeera
1/2 chat masala
A handful of green fresh coriander leaves.
