(Small) Green peas 1 cupOil 2 tbspOnions chopped 1 no largeGinger and garlic paste 1 tspTurmeric powder ½ tspRed chilli powder 1tspSalt to tasteGreen chillies chopped 2-3 no.Tomato cubes 2 no.Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tbspCumin seeds 1 tspGinger juliennes 1tbspMethod:-1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add in the cumin seeds and sauté till cumin splutter.2. Add ginger juliennes, green chilli chopped, onions, mix well and sauté for 2-3min. or till onions are lightly brown.3. Add ginger and garlic paste, mix well.4. Add tomatoes, cauliflower, green peas and mix well. 5. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix well and sauté for 2-3 mins.6. Add water, mix well and cover and cook for 8-10 mins or until dry.7. Lastly add chopped coriander and mix well.8. Remove it in a serving bowl and garnish with coriander sprig, ginger juliennes.9. Serve hot.
